Orders

How can I change the address/phone number on my order?

Please reply to the order confirmation email with your new information. These changes are processed every couple of weeks - you will receive a confirmation email when your request has been completed.

Can I transfer my order to another person?

Orders are non-transferable. You may change the shipping address on your order, and sell your order yourself. Noxary is not responsible for any problems with transactions.

Can I change the shipping method?

No. Shopify does not allow the shipping method to be changed once the order is placed. Please take your time when checking out and select the desired method.

Can I modify my existing order?

From March 2022, any orders placed cannot be modified. Please know what options you'd like before checking out, and do not rush, as you have 10 minutes to place your order.

Prior to March 2022, you may modify your order within the first 7 days.

Can I combine two of my orders?

No. If you rushed checking out, and missed an item from your order, please contact support@noxary.co first. Placing a second order immediately is not the correct course of action.

Can I cancel my order?

Preorders cannot be cancelled. Orders with only in stock items may be cancelled until the order has had the shipping label generated.

In exceptional circumstances, within 7 days of your order being placed, some orders may be cancelled. For these orders, 5% of the cost will be withheld to cover payment fees.

When will my order ship?

Preorders have to be manufactured first, and then will be shipped to you. Please check the preorder information on the product, and check the Monthly Updates.

Orders with only in stock items are usually shipped within 7 days.

Projects

When will you update on x?

Monthly Updates on all projects are posted at the start of the month.

Are the preorders FCFS, raffle, or another method?

All Noxary preorders are now unlimited in the first 10 minutes to allow everyone that wants one to purchase a kit. After this 10 minute window, if the kits sold is higher than the cap, it'll close. If orders have not reached the cap, it'll remain open until it's hit.

Will you have extras for x project?

Yes - around 20% of the quantity available in the preorder.

Will you do another round of x project?

If the demand is high on a recent project, yes. Reruns of any Series 2 boards will not happen.

When will x preorder start?

Please follow the Monthly Updates and follow progress on the Noxary Discord server by visiting #role-request to receive a notification on each update.

I want to produce my own plate, where can I find the files?

What do the names of each keyboard mean?

A specific naming structure is used to keep all Noxary releases identifiable at a glance, you can read more on the Nomenclature page here.

A product says unavailable, what does it mean?

For a keyboard kit, unavailable usually means the sale is due to run, or has already ran. For accessories, it usually means stock isn't available yet (as the preorder hasn't been completed), or it's sold out.
